The Fort Recreational Complex: Delivering Land Development and Owner’s Representation at Scale

Brizaga proudly served as Owner’s Representative for the development of The Fort, an 11-acre, $30 million recreational complex in partnership with the City of Fort Lauderdale and My Park Initiative, LLC. This transformative public-private partnership turned underutilized parkland into a vibrant community asset—delivered at no cost to the City.
