Brizaga joined the ICF team in developing a study that evaluates various types of personal and city-wide adaptation strategies for the City of Miami Beach. The goal of the study is to communicate the business case for stormwater resilience investments in Miami Beach. Brizaga delivered science-based communication behind the cost and benefit of individual adaptation as it relates to sea level rise and resilience. Additionally, the Brizaga team led the breakdown of key findings, models, and associated risks.
