Director, Community Resilience
Brizaga is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead its Community Resilience team and advance the firm’s mission of helping communities thrive amid climate change and flood risks. The Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee project delivery for resilience and adaptation efforts, manage client and community relationships, guide GIS-based analysis and technical reporting, and contribute to business development. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field, has at least 7 years of professional experience (including 3 in leadership), strong communications skills, familiarity with GIS tools and environmental policy, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
